Joshua Seldman

Joshua Seldman is a leader in the field of Leadership and Executive Performance. After years as a professional athlete and world-class fitness coach, he applied his expertise on stamina and endurance to executive development, co-authoring the book Executive Stamina. As an executive coach to many Fortune 500 CEO’s and their teams, Joshua has a unique understanding of the demands on today’s leaders, and works with companies all over the world to develop specialized programs that target work-life balance, energy, productivity, and leadership performance. Some of his recent clients include GE, Barclays, Pepsico, Disney, Cirque du Soleil, T. Rowe Price, General Mills, DirecTV, Qualcomm, Microsoft, and YUM! Brands. Joshua served as a consultant for the United Nations Development Program on work-life balance and productivity, and has led leadership experiences with the US Olympic Training Center.

Joshua is also known for having completed some of the most difficult races in the world, including the 10 day Tour of Chile Road Cycling Stage Race and the 24 Hour Solo Mountain Bike World Championships. Joshua raced as a professional and elite athlete for seven years, during which he was honored as a twelve-hour and twenty four- hour solo mountain bike champion. As a professional coach, he has trained Olympians, World and National Champions, and served as a lead coach for Lance Armstrong’s Tour of Hope cross-country ride. Joshua has a degree in Exercise Physiology with a specialization in Sport Psychology.

Gray Skinner
Gray SkinnerCOO
Gray possesses a unique blend of qualities that define Executive Stamina. As COO, Gray oversees business operations and company strategy.

Prior to joining Executive Stamina, Gray managed the Office of the CEO at Bazaarvoice (NASDAQ:BV), working with executives within and outside the company. His work at Bazaarvoice included an array of diverse experiences, from providing in-house counsel to navigating the company’s IPO. During Gray’s tenure at BV, he was trained as an executive coach and worked with executives in the Austin area.

As an elite cyclist, Gray has competed at the highest levels of the sport and won several professional races. Gray has recently transitioned into elite ironman triathlon competition and qualified for the 2014 IRONMAN World Championship in Hawaii in his first attempt. As a USA Cycling certified coach, Gray has trained and consulted with top athletes all over the United States. Gray received his J.D. from the University of Tennessee and his bachelor’s degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Camille Crumpton
Camille CrumptonDirector of Data Analytics
Elite athletics teamed with management is a theme woven throughout Camille’s experience leading to Executive Stamina. As a student at the University of Tennessee, Camille managed the 2009 NCAA Championship Lady Vols track & field team, working directly under Head Coach JJ Clark, 2008 Olympic coach in middle distance. The team produced numerous American records, world records, and championships during her four-year tenure. She later managed a professional group of women’s track and field athletes, including Olympians and Olympic hopefuls.

A competitor herself, Camille raced at the collegiate level in triathlon and qualified for the World Duathlon Championships in 2013.

Camille’s niche is at the intersection of analytics and sports, Camille has presented a case competition at MIT’s Sports Analytics Conference and worked on start-ups in the sporting industry. Prior to Executive Stamina, Camille worked at Oak Ridge National Laboratories, the DOE’s largest science and energy laboratory.

François Beausoleil

François Beausoleil has a distinguished reputation as a seminar leader, communications consultant, trainer and executive coach specializing in Communication, Collaboration, Resilience to Stress, Time Optimization, Career Enhancement, and Creating High Performance Teams. Mr. Beausoleil has worked with organizations throughout United States, Canada, and Japan and has recently led seminars for Cirque du Soleil, Pepsico, Hearst Corporation and others. In addition to corporate work, Mr. Beausoleil offers live and online trainings to the general public. He is an Executive Stamina Certified Trainer and Coach and Nonviolent Communication Certified Trainer.

Mr. Beausoleil holds an MBA and a Bachelors degree in Music. Formerly, he was a touring musician with Cirque du Soleil’s Saltimbanco for five years in the 90s. He his married to Anna Borissova and the proud father of a 16 year old son. Based in the Province of Quebec, he commutes monthly to the Bay Area in California to lead trainings.

Jean François Ménard

Jean François Ménard is internationally recognized for his contributions to the field of performance psychology. He is a highly sought-after consultant and speaker who has shared his views and expertise on performance excellence to a wide range of professionals across the globe. For several years he was the performance psychology specialist for Cirque Du Soleil, helping world-class level performers perform optimally 450 times a year. His clientele now ranges from Olympic/Paralympic athletes to world champion performers to circus artists to successful business leaders and beyond.

M. Menard completed his graduate studies in sport psychology at the University of Ottawa and is an Executive Stamina certified trainer. He shares his knowledge regularly on the French Canadian TV sports channel RDS and is also an active consultant for B2Ten. He is based in Montreal, Québec, Canada with his wife and son.

Gregory Kellett
Gregory KellettSenior Trainer - Head of Development, Resilience Program
Gregory Kellett is a leader in the field of human potential. His obsession for merging the worlds of neuroscience and optimal performance has led him to help individuals and organizations build resilience. Gregory has a Master’s in neuroscience, & prior to coaching, conducted research in brain responsiveness, stress & the nervous system for over 10 years (at SFSU and the UCSF). He is known for his unique ability to translate scientific research into simple, practical tools for real world success and satisfaction.

Gregory is a Senior Trainer with Executive Stamina, where he serves as Head of Development for the Resilience Program. He helps business leaders to increase their energy, attain work life alignment, and improve their capacity to meet increasing demands. Gregory lives with his family surrounded by redwoods just north of San Francisco.

Nicole Pallai Green
Nicole Pallai GreenSenior Trainer
Nicole is a leader in the field of human potential specializing in work-life alignment, personal resilience and communicating across differences. Demonstrating this herself, Nicole spent years working as an award-winning researcher, marketing manager, and communications consultant, while supporting her husband, a special operations officer, through seven deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Nicole has faced and overcome some of the toughest work-life challenges imaginable, developing a profound understanding of resilience under extreme conditions. Currently leading Executive Stamina’s Program For Women, Nicole is passionate about guiding clients to attain their highest levels of energy and performance through personal alignment.

Nicole recently served as the Senior Spouse for a special operations command, advising the commanding officer and advocating for the well being of over fifty military families. In 2013/2014, Nicole attended the Women and Public Policy seminar at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and founded the school’s spouse advocacy program. Prior to joining Executive Stamina, she published an award-winning political science paper and covered ethnic conflict as an investigative journalist in Hungary, as well as, consulted for Qualcomm and Sharp Grossmont Hospital on communication and conflict resolution. She has a BA from McGill University, and an MA in Political Science from Central European University.

Dominique LoignonPerformance Enhancement Strategist
Cultivating and achieving magnificent performances is reflected clearly in the life of Dominique Loignon. As an elite gymnastics coach and head coach at Cirque de Soleil, Dominique has trained over 1,000 Cirque artists and helped in the creation of 16 programs.

Dominique specializes in women’s leadership and energy coaching. A mother herself, Dominique is a strong proponent of Executive Stamina’s career and family alignment philosophies. Most recently, she has consulted on Reebok’s Project for Women and currently leads Executive Stamina programs with Cirque artists to withstand the rigorous demands of performing over 350 shows a year.

Peter Berry
Peter BerryExecutive Coach
Peter established Peter Berry Consultancy Pty Ltd in 1990. He is an accomplished key note speaker, facilitator and executive coach. Peter has worked with hundreds of organisations across multiple industries throughout the Asia Pacific region. He works with individuals and teams in Australia and globally to measure and improve their resilience and drive them to maintain a level of high performance. Peter is an associate lecturer at some of Australia’s leading business and management schools, has authored several research papers and has also written a book “The Big Picture – 9 steps to business excellence”. Peter has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours Degree) from Adelaide University and is a certified trainer in both Hogan Assessments and Executive Stamina.

Jamie Sinclair
Jamie SinclairSenior Consultant
Jamie is a Senior Consultant at Peter Berry Consultancy Pty Ltd. Jamie has 15 years’ experience in organisational development, change management and operational people management. Jamie is an experienced facilitator and has spent the last 15 years developing leadership capability through the delivery of structured programs and executive coaching. His work prioritises a focus on managing stress and building resilience and recovery programs for management teams and individuals. Jamie has a broad range of clients throughout the Asia Pacific region and has delivered numerous industry and organisational conferences on topics such as the future of HR, leadership development and workforce planning. Jamie is a certified trainer in both Hogan Assessments and Executive Stamina. Jamie has a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Diploma of Business Management, both from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Mark Do
Mark DoConsulting Psychologist
Mark Do is a Consulting Psychologist at Peter Berry Consultancy Pty Ltd. Mark is an experienced facilitator and is a certified trainer in both Executive Stamina and Hogan Assessments. In addition to facilitation, Mark has led a number of research projects including a recent White Paper that examined the link between which Hogan personality scales predict a resilient profile. Mark applies the suite of Hogan and PBC assessments for a range of organisational initiatives including leadership development, coaching, team building, and talent management. Mark has been invited to speak at international conferences and also to guest lecture at Australia’s leading universities. Mark has a Masters of Organisational Psychology (1st Class Honours) degree and a Bachelor of Psychology degree, both from the University of New South Wales.
